Ahhh, delicious guacamole. What could be better than putting together a nice chicken, pork, beef or bean burrito top, and then everything is great with some guacamole and maybe a dollop of sour cream? Add a little 'Mexican rice and / or beans are not bad, not a thing.
In fact, there are dozens of ways to use guacamole. My wife and I need to load when family or friends for a "spread Taco." We are our guests empty taco shells, and then aShow chopped or shredded meat, tomatoes, olives, and what you have.
Oh, and do not forget the grated cheese on the tacos.
This guacamole sauce over enchiladas too big. My wife is often a part of taco chips "bucket" away with the sauce and Munch.
Anyway, here's the recipe:
2 cups
4 medium sized Hass Avocado pitted, peeled and chunked
2.1 lime, juiced
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 plum tomato seeded, and animatedchopped
1 jalapeno, animated, seeded and finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (or equivalent garlic in jars)
kosher or sea salt to taste
Coarse pepper
NOTES:
First Toss the avocado with lime juice in a bowl.
According Blend these ingredients evenly with avocado and lemon juice in bowl and beat with a fork, so that a nice thick texture.
Third Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Season
Put the sauce in a bowl, and enjoy what you want.
